We had lots of fun on World Book Day! We dressed as our favourite book characters  and wrote a little bit about them. We read the story "We're going on a bear hunt" by Michael Rosen  and Helen Oxenbury. We were shocked to find that our teddy bear had gone missing, so we went on a bear hunt to find him! We travelled all around school, it took us ages! Luckily, we found him in the paper cupboard. But we are never going on a bear hunt again! 

We were also very lucky to have a special visit from Winnie  the Witch and a green  fairy. They asked us to use our senses to work out which library book they had brought with them to read to us! We had a wonderful time and we loved the Gingerbreadman story too!
