As part of our British Values learning we took part in a democracy day! We spent the day voting and debating. We then put it into practice and voted for our school councillors and house captains!

All of the children who were elected worked really hard to create fantastic PowerPoint’s and presentation.

We invited the parents in to celebrate the results from our elections - the children had even prepared ‘thank you’ speeches!

It was a very successful day at Holy Name!
